vmsACARS Free flight issue.

So if free flights are disabled from the phpvms admin it works as expected but if you load the bid that you added from the website click start flight and then cancel the flight, go back to bids, load the bid, even though on top right it says free flights disabled;... you can edit any of the fields including flight number, airline, departure ICAO and arrival icao and start the flight with it. This shouldn't happen since free flights are disabled.

There was a check to stop these kind of manual changes...

In fact it was the first way of disabling "free flights", why it is not working now I will check from phpvms side 'cause it was a part of phpvms/web checks (to see if the loaded flight's details do match with the database)
