[Feature Request] VERSION File somewhere inside of the Web\VMSAcars Directory

We need someway to know the current Version of the Web Module we have installed in our phpVMS setup.

A simple fix would be to just put a copy of the VERSION file into 'Web\VMSAcars' so when we upload it to the server
we always have a reference to the currently installed Module version.

As an addition, it might be nice to also show the content of that file, somewhere in the Admin UI (/admin/vmsacars) again
for reference.
