Webloc to URL file converter

Convert webloc URL bookmark files created on OS X to the Windows URL file format which can be used on most platforms (including OS X).

Usage:

Convert a single file:
webloc2url link.webloc

Convert all webloc files in the folder specified and all its sub folders:
webloc2url folder_name

Existing URL files with names identical to the webloc file names will NOT be overwritten.
