Support of TEXINPUTS #3

I routinely setup a separate directory for my style files, and set TEXINPUTS to point to that directory. This gets me a clean project root. However, it seems like the path resolution mechanism of LaTeX is not implemented in latexpp.
Is there anyway to support this?

Great point. I need to refactor latexpp/fixes/input.py to enable the specification of a TEXINPUTS path. It will likely be a parameter in the lppconfig.yml file, something like input_paths:. I'll look into this soon hopefully, feel free to submit a PR in the meantime if you'd like.
