Bead jumps in wrong direction after crossing sides #62

This is a bug remaining after the beads alt input work in: #46. I haven't investigated what is causing the problem yet but it is easy to reproduce:

Tab to the bead area.
Select a bead close to the separator.
Grab the bead with keyboard and press the arrow key one at a time until it moves past the separator
Press the arrow key again (in the same direction you used above). You will notice that the bead jumps back in the wrong direction.
Press the same arrow key again and now it is traveling in the correct direction.
