Feature Idea

As in #140 which ensure logrx works with rmd files, ensure logrx works with qmd files.

We use the envir parameter in rmarkdown::render(). quarto::quarto_render() doesn't have this parameter. This issue from the quarto R package Github repo goes into more detail: quarto-dev/quarto-r#73 (comment) Basically, every R code is run in a clean new session with Quarto.

Add note near RMD files that Quarto will not be supported
