ScreenUnlocked delayed on Windows after resuming from sleep #1

Thanks for sharing this code!

After resuming from sleep on Windows, "Resume" is fired right away, but "ScreenUnlocked" is delayed by over 30 seconds.

Also it seems there is another published cargo module named "psp".
