Heimdall pins keep vanishing

My Heimdall pinned applications keep vanishing and I keep having to re-pin them. Sometimes it's only a few, but a week ago it was all of them.

The configuration of each application is still saved, I just have to re-pin them.

Not sure if I should be reporting this here, or upstream, however upstream's first request will be to update to the latest version, and ours isn't, so that would need to be fixed before I could report upstream.
