Revist blocking properties

For most cases, could be done by creating getter / setters on global definitions.

Would require

1. Adding properties into the sources/standards/*.json files
2. (possibly) breaking out the standard files into "properties" and "methods" to avoid a whole lot of "typeof" calls on each page
