EPIC: MVP GUI Development

This is an EPIC tracking development of the superscore GUI. The plan is for this gui to be built with pyQT, with assistance from pyDM widgets where sensible. It is likely necessary to build many of our own widgets and views.

Tentative task list (Convert to issues when work begins):

• GUI: Build Model(QAbstractItemModel), compatible with tree view #43
• GUI: Develop tree view interactive elements (context menu, icons, etc) #44
• GUI: Build search-filter page / tab / box (integrating with tree view and switching to relevant page) #45
• GUI: Build Base widget (possibly pcdsutils.qt.DesignerDisplay) #46
• GUI / EPIC: Build basic Entry views (Collection, Parameter, Snapshot, Value) #47
• GUI: Build Entry comparison page (Snapshots only?) #48
