When a PV surpasses the .HIHI field value, the PV field .ACKS is latched to MAJOR alarm, but the 'Latched Severity' field in NALMS continues to operate in an unlatched state. That is, it keeps flickering between Minor and Major.
PVs in NALMS flicker on and off when values go above and below the alarm threshold. If theres a major alarm, NALMs should show the alarm until its acknowledged; The alarm should not disappear and reappear.
