per Dan Flath this morning:

Vacuum/valve setpoint changes from the nominal should be logged at a high level and repeated daily
Somebody should get notified daily about these sorts of configuration changes until they have been confirmed and set as the new normal or switched back

Someone correct this issue if I misunderstood, just trying to be helpful
