Within that broader Payrails Product Team, as part of the Payment Integrations team, you will focus on the seamless integration of payment solutions across diverse platforms and regions. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that Payrails' payment solutions work flawlessly across various merchant platforms, prioritizing efficiency and user experience.
- Lead the product engineering strategy with a clear focus on Payment Integrations.
- Own the end-to-end definition, scoping, and development of the integration-centric features of the Payrails’ payments platform.
- Serve as a crucial link between Business and Engineering teams, translating business objectives into lucid technical requirements specifically for integration-centric product advancement.
- Define and keep track of success metrics tailored for payment integrations, targeting impeccable quality.
- Innovate and strategize ways to scale up integrations through enhanced productivity, automation, and optimized processes.
- Masterfully communicate with customers, gathering their feedback and ensuring their needs are addressed in the product development process.
- Coordinate complex integration projects involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and seamless execution.
- You have 5-7 years of experience in a technical role, ideally in payment integrations or a closely related field.
- API integrations, especially in payment platforms, are your forte.
- You're adept with tools such as Jira, Postman, GitHub, particularly when it comes to integration testing and development.
- You have a strong track record showcasing successful management of technical integration projects from inception to deployment.
- You have an innate ability to devise and roll out scalable integration solutions, emphasizing automation and efficiency.
- Distilling and communicating complex, integration-specific challenges in an easily digestible format for a wide-ranging audience is your specialty.
- Fluency in English
