500 Internal Error on payment execution in Sandbox #1350

Environment: Sandbox
PayPal-Debug-ID values: 4ae664b29b09b
Language, language version, and OS: PHP 5.6

Issue description

Have been getting '500 internal errors'. Happens when trying to execute a payment. Sample error message:

ERROR: Got Http response code 500 when accessing
Got Http response code 500 when accessing: https://api.sandbox.paypal.com/v1/payments/payment/PAYID-LZ67ZJA8S7440680U856074X/execute.
