#174 Prevent the autoannotator of processing files that are still uploading

When we drop files in the autoannotator, sometimes the autoannotator starts processing fragments of the file (not the entire file) because the file is still uploading. This often results in two problems: the info sheet part of the file is missing because it was not loaded yet; and the autoannotator tries to process a file with extension .temp that should not exist after the file is completely loaded.
