Add basic unit tests

At the least we should assure that KafkaEsque launches on every platform without displaying an error.

This should be easy to add to the existing CI, and save time in the long run due to different operating systems that might have more restrictive configurations or antivirus programs that could infer with the app.

Furthermore GitHub Actions can easily spin up a clean VM for every major OS.
