Upgrading Visual studio code to the latest in Arch Linux aur today ( visual-studio-code-bin-1.38.1-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz) broke advanced new file for me. Auto completion (tabbing) would not work anymore and files would not be created / saved anymore when hitting enter.

Reverting back to visual-studio-code-bin-1.38.0-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz seem to have fixed it again.
Probably something new in that VSCode update that breaks it?

Using Version: 1.41.1 for MacOS and after installing cannot create files or directories. As reported above, auto completion does not work and files/folders are not created when hitting enter.

I'm new to VS Code and tangentially found this Advanced New File mentioned on a blog. So I installed it, and it immediately didn't work: As mentioned above, pressing 'Enter' did not create/save/change/add/do anything.

VS Code 1.42.1
Windows 10
