The errors returned to a client, when running as a server, can be improved, in particular there is no obvious way (or I missed it) to set the Close code ( https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/CloseEvent/code ) from any extension.
I'm happy to pick this up, but I wanted to make sure no-one else is working on this.
