When will ESMs be officially or fully supported

I don't know what the current standards of Parcel are, and I really don't like the old and outdated technology of CJS. I hope that the web can be busy unifying and promoting new ESM standards and specifications. I don't know how well Parcel supports ESM, but in simple terms, I hope that the results I package through Parcel are all ESM standards. I don't know how to achieve it, or when can I achieve it?
