Clear cache after cloning a site #32

I performed a full site clone of a copy of the Umami food magazine site today. When the clone was complete, the destination site didn't look like the source.

After running terminus env:clear-cache site.env the site look as expected.

The clearing of cache should probably be baked into the clone command.
