Intermittent Issues in Image View

I have noticed that for some sequence, the image view is not loaded.

The issue here is the sequence_files does not have jpg image key. i can see from the observation json that there are few FITS image available, can we re-run jpg transition.

Anyway - we need to handle it in UI as it is going to exception state when this issue is occurred.
