Harmonize metric and tests according to published suggestions - A

As mentioned in #547 , also metrics and tests for the A-principle need to be clarified:

In particular:

• FsF-A1-01M-1 which Candela et al rather locate at R1 it needs to be decided if this has to be moved, further the subtests
• FsF-A1-01M-2 and FsF-A1-01M-2 are probably rather tests related to metadata quality and could be skipped.
• There is no real test for A1 which focuses on the retrievablility aspect
• A1-02 tests rather relate to A1.1 (standard protocol) and should be renamed, individual tests for data and metadata are sufficient, these metrics could be merged.
• A1.2 tests (authenification) are missing
