I have successfully deployed the changelog site and the release workflow, but here are some issues i faced.
I used the netlify deploy instructions (option 2 in the readme)
The integration created a new repo for me but that repo was empty, so deploys couldn't work (only the first automatic deploy worked). I had to manually fork palmerhq/changecast and use that instead.
I used an organization repo for the changelog but the build repo was created under my personal github account (minor, but could be a nice feature).
The docs say to create a new netlify build hook but the hook was already created by the integration.

This would be interesting to check out, I think Netlify creates the repository in whichever account you authenticate with but maybe there is a way to configure it.
