Realms are only online when website is on the computer as realm

So I am not sure this is a bug or not. But I used to have my website on the same computer as the realms and the server would say it is online on the website! But now that I have moved it over to a web host, the realms say that they are offline and they are not seeing the Auth.uptime section.
Am I missing something maybe?

Before I get blasted this is my setup
Port 3306 is open
Port 3724 is open
Port 8085 is open
Port 8086 is open

Both realms are trinitycore
