Support for Categories and Tags

yes that gets my +1 I have a site that needs the blog layout in more than one area but it seems I can only create one Blog

I love the blog plugin so far, but I also think that a blog system should support categories and/or tags. Is that planned for a future version?

Yes! I think, a tagging / categorization field extension is really necessary from my point of view. The current blog plugin is nice but not fully blog-functional without this feature ... I'll take a deeper look into your code and try to build up a native way for categorization and (hopefully) place up a PR within the next weeks ;)

Categories would help with bigger/ older sites I'd like to run on PageKit. Categories help to sort and break up a lot of content.
