Aggregating results from separate searches

Hi pLink2 team,

Our collaborator has generated a large DMTMM dataset and struggled to peform the pLink2 searches on all data without the software crashing. However, the entire dataset was successfully searched in fragments, and then aggregated

I am concerned about the FDR control based on mapping of the crosslinks to PDB structures. Is there a way to redo the FDR scoring step in pLink with all of the search files together? Alternatively, can I manually filter by a column in one of the exported tables?
