Avant la fonctionnalité "Combine AA Polyphenol", il faut integrer la liste de spolyphenols que l'on souhaite gere
Actuellement c'est un tableau statique qui est géré

Fichier CSV en entrée

"Nom Polyphenol", "masse molaire"
