There are references to https://public.loki.foundation/ in several documents.
Should those be replaced by http://public-eu.optf.ngo/?
Are there other endpoints (like public-us)?
Unfortunately there's no TLS certificate for public-eu.optf.ngo though.
Alternatively I suppose to at least replace https://public.loki.foundation/loki/ in the oxend-download-lmdb command with https://public.loki.foundation/oxen/.

Whoops, that's fixed now.

There is also public-na.optf.ngo (node-only, not intended as a web site) on a North American server (currently US-based, but was Canada-based until a few months ago). My intention was to see if I could make public.optf.ngo somehow geolocate to one or the other, but I didn't get very far in figuring out how to make that work.
