Here is how I managed to install Oxen app on ledger after communicated with Ledger support team for over a week:

Go to Settings > Experimental features in Ledger Live.
Enable Developer mode.
Open My Ledger.
Connect and unlock your device.
If asked, allow My Ledger to access your device.
Find Oxen in the app catalog.
Click the Install button of the app.
- An installation window appears.
- Your device will display Processing...
- The app installation is confirmed.

The current Oxen docs doesn't mention Enable Developer mode

From the Ledger app homepage (app selection) navigate to the Oxen app and press both buttons to select.
As the Oxen wallet app is currently being reviewed by the Ledger team you will first be prompted with a screen that reads “Pending Ledger review”.

Please update the doc so it will save time for the next person.
