transifex push is failing in many oC10 app repos

https://drone.owncloud.com/owncloud/translation-sync/settings/secrets has some secrets defined, but they don't seem to be working any more.

The pushes stopped working about 2 weeks ago.

This has nothing to do with credentials. It's still the same issue of a missing or wrong branch protection/rule configuration.

Why I'm still the only one? Please find someone from the engineering team that can take over this task. The user needs owner rights in the org or admin rights in the repo.
