[FEATURE REQUEST] Open deeplinks to files not in root. Make host brandable. (2nd round)

This is the second iteration of #3573

• Make manifest file brandable, so that the host to open links could be custom (setup.xml, oB...) -> Done in 1st round
• Scheme and path prefix do not need branding
• Handle paths that need browsing/discovering. Discover the whole path and show the file/folder content
• Multiaccount support. In many accounts attached in the device, the proper one should be opened to show the pointed content. -> moved to 3rd round
