Zoom to selection is buggy on scatterplots

Playing around on https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/urbanization-vs-gdp results in some unexpected behaviour. Toggling "Zoom to selection" seems to unselect whichever entities I have selected, and only sometimes seems to actually zoom. Sometimes it sets the query string, sometimes it unsets it.
