Evaluate whether "prominent link" blocks need additional processing when rendered sans-wordpress.

Verdict:

Currently, prominent links are not migrated. They do appear on the Wordpress-rendered version.

Discussed today: prominent links often contain essential context, so we need them to be at least visible, even if in a crude way when rendered sans-Wordpress.
