This breaks deep linking using custom scheme

The alias don't respect the intent filter that has the scheme.

For others, workaround is to warn users and reset the icon. Not pretty.

I have faced a similar issue where deep linking is not working on Android whereas works fine on iOS.

I need to warn you, I don't know if this is the correct solution to the problem. The change in the PR simply copies any intent filters from the main activity into the alias. Please do your own testing.
