Getting this issue once starting the server yarn start .

Have you tried setting the ADDRESS variable as stated in the error?

Same problem here, where do i set the varriable?

Depending on your OS you could do something like

export ADDRESS=thisismyexternalandportforwardedIP
yarn start

Otherwise just google "Set environment variable 'your operating system'"
