Need to detect if the day has switched since they were watching the current day.

Do this for patrons?

Relates to ticket #311, this logic could be built into the polling system.

Turns out, no, this doesn't relate specifically to #311.. The polling system would need an enhancement to detect which day is refreshing and to bump it forward when the midnight hour has elapsed.
