Release of OSSIA $TRAVIS_TAG
* All macOS packages are fat binaries that should work on macOS from 10.9.
* Packages ending in 'win32' are 32-bit, 'win64' are 64-bit and 'win' work on both architectures.
* All Windows packages are built with VS2017.
* Python packages are built with Python 2.7 and 3.4 on ubuntu 14.04, 2.7 and 3.6 version on macOSX.12 (from Homebrew) and 2.7 and 3.5 on Raspbian stretch.
* QML packages are built with Homebrew's Qt version on macOS.
* QML packages are built with Qt 5.11 VS2017 64bit (only) on Windows.
* QML packages are meant to be put in the [QML Import Path](http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qtqml-syntax-imports.html). For instance on macOS it should look like '/usr/local/Cellar/qt/5.9.1/qml/Ossia/qmldir'.

ossia-max bugfix release
this bugfix removes the per-object timer that lead to CPU overload when lots of parameter/remote are created
a global timer replaces all the others, and it starts as soon a network is established
otherwise, no timer is needed to locally (in one Max instance) communicate between parameter and remote
this also reduces patcher loading time
