A navigation without traffic lights would be a nice option for a drive at the weekend with a classic car or motorcycle.

If done a little bit of research and it looks like no navigation solution has this feature. It is of course not essential and would lead to curious routes in some cases. Like avoiding ferries and tunnels do.
Traffic Lights are as "highway=traffic_signals" in the date, so it should be possible without to much affort. Hopefuly.
It would be a nice function for driving up with classic vehicles, for example.
