More customizable map language settings

Hi,

I use OsmAnd 4.0.6 on iOS and have these map settings: "Preferred Language: en", "Show Local Names". In Ukraine, I see names in English and Ukrainian, however I would prefer English and Russian (so that I can improve the map where possible); similarly in Egypt, I see English and Arabic, whereas I'd like English and Russian (because I can't read Arabic). But in other countries, e.g. Germany, I'd like to see English and local language.

I believe one of these implementation ideas would help with this (less preferred to more preferred):

1. Allow to override local language by country/map file.

2. Allow to select two (or more?) languages in the "Preferred Language" picker. I could select "en, ru" then.

3. A more advanced implementation would be to remove the "Show local name" option and allow to add and reorder languages in the "Preferred Language" picker — it could look like the "Preferred Language Order" setting in "Language & Region" in iOS settings. In that case the user could add for example "en, ru, local" and the program would display the first two available localized names.
