Weather Forecast Not Updating

When updating the Weather forecast, the app seems to refuse to update or shows the old updated time. Additionally, when exiting this view, the menu bar at the top disappears, which forces me to reopen the app.

Model: iPhone 12 mini
iOS version: 18.2
OsmAnd Version: 4.9.1

This behavior can be reproduced:

1. Download the weather package for your country.
2. Wait for some time.
3. Go to Maps and Resources > Updates > Weather Forecast > Update All and update your weather package.
4. Return to Updates and select Weather Forecast again.

The "last updated" time does not change after updating. For example, I downloaded the weather package at 17:41, waited until 17:52, and updated it. However, the update time still displayed as 17:41.

Yes, this is exactly the issue I am facing.

This request also fixes:

• displays time incorrectly, differently on each screen
• last update date never updated
• forecast description not updated during and after update
• progress bar not displayed when loading new forecast
• after deleting forecast, Edit button disappears in navbar
• in some cases "Downloading" screen did not display queue of maps being loaded
• stop forecast loading did not work
