Waiting for testing osmandapp/OsmAnd#21532

When exporting a profile (defaults or custom), the “No animation” setting is automatically activated, which leads to a sharp animation on Android (after importing the profile)

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure Profile > Export to file
2. Open exist file on Android version

The bug has been reproduced using these steps:

1. On iOS: Reset the Walking profile to default, then export it.
2. Import the exported profile into OsmAnd on Android.
3. Go to Menu → Configure profile → General settings → Other → No Animations.

Result: The "No Animations" parameter is automatically set, leading to broken animations upon import.What leads to this issue #21532.
