Trouble with containerization nomination 4.4

I have problem with containerization app on oracle 8.8.
My dockerfile:

but if I indicate that I want to download this package, he still swears at this error...

That's not really a Nominatim problem, it's a Postgres installation problem. According to https://www.postgresql.org/download/linux/redhat/ OL8 ships natively with PostgreSQL 15, so you might try that. But by and large but you are on your own here. We don't do Postgres installation support.
