SaaS licenses

This document lists FOSS licenses that explicitly rule how to handle using the
respective software as a service in the so-called "cloud".

1 Licenses with an effective copyleft clause for the cloud
- GNU Affero General Public License v2.0 (AGPL-2.0)
- GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0)
- Server Side Public License, v 1 (SSPL-1.0)

2 Licenses that do not require any obligations in the cloud
