Double ory_hydra_login_csrf_dev_numsuffix in our cookies

Hi all, we are updating hydra from 1.11.7 to 2.2.0. One of the issues that we have now is two ory_hydra_login_csrf_dev values in our cookies. They have different values and different number suffixes. That is a problem for us, because we have built some logic around ory_hydra_login_csrf (previously oauth2_authentication_csrf).
Our flow requires some additional custom handling of the CSRF cookies, and because of the dynamic number added to the end as a suffix we land in the situation when we have two cookies in the header and we can't properly distinguish between them. This leads to the situation when our requests are getting rejected by hydra because (most probably) wrong token is picked up. So, why are there two similar ory_hydra_login_csrf values and if both are needed, how do we distinguish them?
