We need to add logical CSS as we have already updated utility classes

Hello Team,

I was looking into the logical styles for our utilities such as padding, margin, border-radius, etc.

In the utilities.scss file of Bootstrap, we see an example like:

"padding-end": (
  responsive: true,
  property: padding-right,
  class: pe,
  values: $spacers
),

Bootstrap has updated the class name from padding-right or pr to padding-end or pe, which is great. However, we also need to update the property to align with logical styling:

"padding-end": (
  responsive: true,
  property: padding-inline-end,
  class: pe,
  values: $spacers
),

This way, the RTL styles will work seamlessly without requiring additional RTL-specific styles.

Is there a possibility of adding this in a future update? Also, I'd like to know if there are any drawbacks to using these styling methods.
