Select (and others) form input with dynamic values (ajax) & search

I think it would be very useful in data-based apps to provide a built-in functionality for Select (and others: select multiple, radio, checkboxes) form input to have dynamic values, loaded via ajax, and search capability (load as user types).

Note: While all these widgets have implemented their own ways, maybe datalist allows a more standard implementation?
