First noticed while developing in Chrome, I've done a couple of testing since and noticed it in Chrome and Safari, both on Mac and PC, using Bootstrap The issue can be noticed on the Bootstrap If you hover all 4 buttons multiple time back and forth and up and down, at one point the tooltip, for each position available (display left, right, top, bottom) will end up stuck in either displayed or hidden position. Any body else experienced that issue? |
