Keyboard not responding using VIO.

Hi everyone, after wrestling was trying to figure out how to get the s132 to operate using the Vio output to a VGA monitor, thanks to the help of some forum members here, I can now see the output with the IMSAI 8080 set to memory map too to boot into CPM using the Vio I can see the CPM text on the screen however it is frozen I can't enter anything via the keyboard I hear the key clicks but nothing is registering on the display none of the function keys work no control all sequences do anything just seems like it's frozen.

When I boot up the IMSAI 8080 ESP the terminal does respond to keystrokes and I can bring up the quick menu and go to all the other settings menus and also view the discs in libraries so the control all function keys work and I can enter text however as soon as I switch to VIO to go to CP/M is when it doesn't work. I've tried making sure the terminal in the settings is set to online and it makes no difference.

Any help is appreciated I'm not familiar with this I'm not good at anything regarding hex and octal all my experience back in the '80s as a teenagers with commodore computers and basic and some machine language programs entered from magazines and the s132 assembly manual doesn't really help me much and luckily somebody here on GitHub forum posted a handy chart for the switch settings in order to change the boot configuration and memory mapping. But I'm stumped I don't think I'd be able to figure this out myself at least not without probably hours or days of messing around.
