suppose a website has a "Cancel My Service" web form (their customer must complete the form before a deadline to avoid another charge). The customer submits a form before the deadline, but the service loses it or claims it wasn't received. There is no audit trail.
It would be nice to have a way to send a copy of the entry to the submitting user, or some similar feature so that the user can confirm date.
this would provide accountability to the sender, receiver, and more.
