Metalama 2024.0.4-rc released

We have just released Metalama 2024.0.4-rc, which includes all changes from 2024.0.3-preview (including full support for C# 12) plus the following:

Fixed

• Visual Studio: CodeLens fails to load when Metalama Vsx version matches Metalama.Framework version
• Rider: custom diagnostic shows with placeholders in Problems window
• Static local functions don't work in templates
• Private generic template fails when referenced from another assembly
• T#: float/double/decimal suffix in "var" local declaration results in a wrong variable type
